Union County has developed one of the most inclusive recycling programs in Eastern Oregon. Your cooperation is essential in providing the most contaminate free material possible. We would rather have you not recycle at all than to contaminate one of the bins or recycling rollcarts with materials that are improperly prepared, or worse yet, dispose of materials that are obviously unacceptable.
